Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9"x13" baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Sauté diced onion, cubed sweet potatoes, halved Brussels sprouts, and minced garlic in the skillet for about 5 minutes.
