- Step 1: Cook the Pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fusilli pasta until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Step 2: Prepare the Dressing. In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, apple cider vinegar, fresh dill, and sugar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
