For the Salad
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles (chopped) sweet or bread and butter can vary flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill dried dill can be a substitute
  • 4 ounces Havarti Cheese (cubed) or Monterey Jack or Gouda

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Cook the Pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fusilli pasta until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Dressing. In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, apple cider vinegar, fresh dill, and sugar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Combine Ingredients. Transfer cooled pasta to a large bowl. Add chopped dill pickles and creamy dressing, folding gently until coated.
  4. Step 4: Adjust Seasoning. Add a little pickle juice and fold in cubed Havarti cheese. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Step 5: Chill the Salad. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
