  1. Begin by cutting the russet potatoes into ¼ inch slices, then into thin fries. Soak in cold water for 1-2 hours.
  2. Drain and pat potatoes dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and parmesan cheese.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Lay fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
