  • 1 bell pepper diced

  • 2 cups tortilla chips crushed
  • 2 cups shredded cheese your favorite cheese
  • 3 green onions sliced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until no pink remains.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the Manwich sauce, diced tomatoes, diced bell pepper, and corn. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the beef mixture evenly in a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Crush tortilla chips and sprinkle over the beef mixture, then layer shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
