Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Spray the 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Unroll the crescent rolls and layer them evenly at the bottom.
  4. Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent roll base evenly.
  5. Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and other desired seasonings, then pour the mixture evenly over the sausage.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
