Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. Reduce heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  4. Add white wine and lemon juice, scraping browned bits from the skillet. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in butter and remaining Old Bay seasoning until melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet, toss in sauce, and heat through for 1 minute. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
