- Peel and chop the potatoes and cauliflower, place in a pot, cover with water, and boil for about 10 minutes until fork-tender.

- Drain boiled potatoes and cauliflower, mash together, mixing in olive oil, garlic powder, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 350°F, layer the turkey mixture in a greased dish, spoon the mash on top, and bake for 30 minutes.
