Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and cauliflower, place in a pot, cover with water, and boil for about 10 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground turkey, and cook for approximately 5 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add finely diced carrots and sauté for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Combine turkey and vegetable mixture with seasonings and chicken broth, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Fold in peas and corn, heating through for about 2 minutes.
  7. Drain boiled potatoes and cauliflower, mash together, mixing in olive oil, garlic powder, and chicken broth until smooth.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F, layer the turkey mixture in a greased dish, spoon the mash on top, and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
