  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground
  • Fresh Herbs Basil, Oregano, Mint (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash cherry tomatoes under cool running water, dry, and slice in half.
  2. Crumble feta cheese into the bowl with tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes and feta.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then mix gently.
  5. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Add fresh herbs and toss gently again.
  7. Serve immediately or let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
