Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, add 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 4 ounces of crumbled feta. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in ¼ cup of chopped green onions and ½ cup of dried cranberries. Add black pepper, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt to taste.
- Lay 2 large flour tortillas flat. Divide filling evenly between them, spreading to the edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Unwrap and slice into ½-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter.
