Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
Wrap
  • 2 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • spinach or sun-dried tomato tortillas optional
Optional Additions
  • ¼ cup pecans or walnuts chopped, can be omitted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, add 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 4 ounces of crumbled feta. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in ¼ cup of chopped green onions and ½ cup of dried cranberries. Add black pepper, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt to taste.
  3. Lay 2 large flour tortillas flat. Divide filling evenly between them, spreading to the edges.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Unwrap and slice into ½-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter.
