Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice your bell peppers and onion into thin strips, layering them evenly at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Place the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables, then sprinkle the spice blend over the chicken.
  3. Pour the drained can of diced tomatoes over the chicken, and add minced garlic on top.
  4. Squeeze lime juice directly over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover and set to cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
