  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil or any neutral oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar or honey/agave if preferred
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 cup Vegetables (Zucchini, Carrot, Red Pepper, Green Onion) feel free to use seasonal favorites
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch or arrowroot/tapioca starch

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Ground Turkey Stir Fry
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, freshly grated ginger, and sriracha until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and season with garlic powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove cooked turkey. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil, sliced zucchini, grated carrot, and red pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Return cooked turkey to the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and add the cornstarch slurry. Stir well and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve over jasmine rice, garnish with sliced green onion tops and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
