Preparation Steps
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon of butter until it bubbles, then add 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  2. Pour in ½ cup of chicken broth and the juice of 1 lemon. Simmer for about 5 minutes until it reduces by half.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 more tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of honey until fully combined.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
  5. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Transfer the fillets to serving plates. Drizzle with the warm garlic lemon butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
