  • 1 pound Ground Beef Your choice of lean or fatty blend
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Diced
  • to taste Salt Essential for flavor
  • to taste Pepper Freshly cracked
For the Garlic Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted and unsalted
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder For extra flavor
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish
For the Rollups
  • 1 package Puff Pastry Pre-made sheets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded sharp

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef and 1 diced onion for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, cooking for 1-2 more minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Open the refrigerated crescent dough and flatten the triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the point.
  7. Brush the tops with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
