Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Wash and dry zucchinis, cut them into wedges lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, and crushed garlic. Mix well.
  4. Coat the zucchini wedges with the oil mixture evenly.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
  7. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish. Watch closely.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
