Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with black pepper to taste.
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to about ½ inch thick. Place in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil, then sear the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Parmesan, Provolone, and ranch dressing. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and cohesive.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture over the top. Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, then sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Preheat oven's broiler to 450°F and broil the dish for 3-4 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
