  • 3 tablespoons Green Onions Chives or parsley can be used instead.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). Grease a baking dish lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add cubed russet potatoes and toss well.
  3. Spread marinated potatoes in a greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  4. While potatoes bake, cube the chicken breast and marinate using the same mixture of olive oil, hot sauce, and spices.
  5. Lower the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and layer marinated chicken on top of the baked potatoes.
  6. Combine shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and sliced green onions, then scatter over the chicken and potatoes.
  7. Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions and optional sour cream.
