Method
 

Instructions

  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Incorporate one egg into the butter-sugar mixture and ensure it's smooth.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped apples and toasted pecans until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing.
