  • 2 cups shredded chicken rotisserie chicken recommended
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • to taste seasonings salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
Optional Toppings
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Shred fully cooked chicken and set aside.
  2. Allow cream cheese to soften, then beat until smooth.
  3. Mix in Buffalo sauce until fully combined.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese and dressing; add shredded chicken and mix gently.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  6. Transfer dip mixture to dish and sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let dip rest for 5 minutes, then garnish and serve warm.
