- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined—approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula for about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in two of the crushed Butterfinger bars, reserving one for the topping.
- Spoon the creamy filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Butterfinger on top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Once chilled, slice the Butterfinger Pie into wedges and serve it cold.
