Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Carbonara Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a baking sheet inside to heat up for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a round shape, about 10-11 inches in diameter.
  4. Spread mozzarella cheese on the dough, leaving an inch border. Sprinkle grated parmesan and add crispy bacon.
  5. Bake the pizza on the hot baking sheet for about 9-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
