Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the Parmesan, half-and-half, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  3. Slice the Russet potatoes into thin rounds and coat each slice in the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Layer two coated potato slices in each muffin tin cup, followed by a piece of ham, repeating for four layers.
  5. Cover the muffin tin with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top; bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 5-10 minutes before serving.
