- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Chop bacon and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice and season chicken breasts, then cook in the same skillet for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Whisk chicken broth, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning in the skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
- Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, adding most of the bacon and arranging cooked chicken on top.
- Serve hot, garnished with remaining bacon and optional Parmesan cheese and herbs.
