Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan with olive oil or butter.

  3. In a separate large bowl, combine the olive oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, whisking until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each, then mix in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and mashed bananas.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until no dry flour remains.
