Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla one by one, mixing on low speed until incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet batter, mixing until just combined.
  5. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
  7. Scoop and roll dough into balls, placing them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  8. Make an indent in each ball and spoon marshmallow fluff into it.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers soft.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
