- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla one by one, mixing on low speed until incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet batter, mixing until just combined.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Scoop and roll dough into balls, placing them on the baking sheet with space in between.
