Preparation Steps
- Begin by dividing the ground beef into six to eight-ounce portions. Gently shape each portion into thick patties and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside while preheating your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, bake on a baking sheet in a 400°F oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, crumble or chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and shredded sharp cheddar cheese, blending everything together until smooth.
- Place your shaped patties on the cooking surface. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, and during the last minute, place a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Toast your brioche buns by placing them cut-side down on a separate pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble your burgers by placing a cooked beef patty on the bottom half of each bun, spreading the creamy ranch topping over it, and adding fresh toppings. Top with the other half of the bun.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, individually freeze cooked patties and transfer to a freezer-safe bag, lasting up to 2 months. Reheat gently to maintain juiciness.
