- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather your ingredients.
- Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets slightly, then roll them out on a floured surface and cut into squares (3x3 inches).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with any desired herbs and seasonings until smooth.
- Place a dollop of cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square and top with cranberry sauce, then fold and seal the pastry.
- Arrange pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
