Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pan by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cook the sausage mixture by adding breakfast sausage, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Combine the tomatoes by stirring in diced tomatoes with green chilies and heating through for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until melted.
  5. Incorporate the cheddar cheese, stirring until fully melted for around 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting seasoning as desired.
