Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the crispy bacon over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate to drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and fresh broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 6 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, ensuring it doesn't brown.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, cream cheese, and stock. Stir until melted, then add half of the Parmesan and mozzarella along with paprika. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Return bacon to the skillet, stirring to coat it in the sauce. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.
