Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar, then stir in melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Toss sliced peaches with additional sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Layer this mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Combine flour, additional brown sugar, and cinnamon for the topping. Cut in cubed butter until crumbly, and sprinkle over the peach layer.
