- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of whipped topping and one package of instant pistachio pudding mix. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and gently fold the color in.
- Fold in 1 cup of miniature marshmallows and one can of undrained pineapple tidbits.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, spread an additional layer of whipped topping on top and sprinkle chopped pistachios or walnuts.
