  • 1 large Egg Mixed with splash of water for brushing

Step-by-Step Instructions for Sausage Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and defrost the puff pastry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pork sausage, breadcrumbs, one egg, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
  3. Roll out the chilled puff pastry and cut into three rectangles.
  4. Place the sausage filling down the center of each pastry strip and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  5. Cut each roll into six pieces and make shallow slits on top.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment, arrange the rolls, and brush with the egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
