Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the shrimp with kosher salt evenly.

  4. Sauté shallots and garlic in the same skillet after adding butter until golden and fragrant.
  5. Deglaze with dry white wine, scraping browned bits and reducing for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Cook angel hair pasta until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  8. Combine pasta with the creamy sauce, diced tomatoes, and fresh basil. Top with shrimp and Parmesan to serve.
