For the Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken rotisserie or leftover chicken
  • 1 cup Thawed Spinach fresh spinach can be used if sautéed first
  • 1 can Canned Artichokes can substitute with fresh artichokes
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese nutritional yeast can be used for dairy-free
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese vegan mozzarella can be used

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chicken, spinach, and artichokes into the creamy base. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
