- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
- Rinse 1 cup of white rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then evenly distribute it in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Pour a can of French onion soup and a can of beef broth soup over the rice and gently stir.
- Place a stick of butter in the center of the rice mixture.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, stir the rice gently, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the Stick of Butter Rice rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Fluff the rice gently with a fork before serving.
