- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté about 1 pound of seasoned chicken with diced onions and bell peppers for 8-10 minutes.
- Layer a few corn tortillas on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
