- Marinate the diced chicken breast in BBQ seasoning blend for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 60-90 seconds on each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil, then stir in the chilled, cooked rice.
- Create a well in the center of the rice and crack in the eggs. Scramble and mix them into the rice.
- Drizzle your Japanese BBQ sauce evenly over the rice and chicken mixture, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
