  2. Prep tomatoes and mozzarella by halving the grape tomatoes and mixing them with mozzarella balls and chopped basil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. Sear the chicken in a hot skillet with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Combine by pouring the balsamic sauce over the chicken, adding the tomato and mozzarella mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 18-23 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
