Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the panko breadcrumbs with vegetable oil in a bowl and spread evenly on the baking sheet. Toast for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt into the toasted panko.
  4. Prepare a wire rack over a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Lay out flour, beaten egg, and seasoned panko for breading.
  5. Season chicken pieces with salt, coat in flour, dip in egg, and roll in seasoned panko, pressing firmly.
  6. Arrange the breaded chicken on the wire rack and bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Season with additional salt if desired after baking, serve warm with dipping sauces.
