- Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, then eggs, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken tenders for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the BBQ lime sauce by combining BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss the baked chicken in the BBQ lime sauce until well-coated.
- Serve the chicken garnished with cilantro or green onions and enjoy with ranch dressing if desired.
