Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in flour, then eggs, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the chicken tenders for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the BBQ lime sauce by combining BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Toss the baked chicken in the BBQ lime sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve the chicken garnished with cilantro or green onions and enjoy with ranch dressing if desired.
