Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets.
  2. Place the sliced chicken cutlets in a large freezer bag and pour in the honey Dijon mustard marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken cutlet and close the grill lid.
  5. Carefully place the cheesy chicken cutlets inside the warm pretzel buns and layer on crispy bacon.
