Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and freshly cracked pepper until well combined. Place your chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once marinated, take the chicken breasts out and pound them gently to even thickness. Season each side with salt and additional pepper, then return the chicken to marinade.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil. Carefully place the marinated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, and ranch dressing. Microwave in short bursts until slightly melted and creamy.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and panko breadcrumbs. Layer the cheese mixture on the chicken, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the broiler. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, spoon the cheese topping over each breast, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and broil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
Allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Use a cast iron skillet for an ideal sear and watch breadcrumbs carefully while broiling.
