  • 2 tablespoons Butter Dairy-free spread works for lighter version

Equipment

  • medium bowl
  • large skillet
  • baking sheet
  • meat mallet
  • microwave

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and freshly cracked pepper until well combined. Place your chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Once marinated, take the chicken breasts out and pound them gently to even thickness. Season each side with salt and additional pepper, then return the chicken to marinade.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil. Carefully place the marinated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, and ranch dressing. Microwave in short bursts until slightly melted and creamy.
  5. In another bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and panko breadcrumbs. Layer the cheese mixture on the chicken, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Preheat the broiler. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, spoon the cheese topping over each breast, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and broil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
