Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, freshly grated ginger, and sriracha until the brown sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes uniform.
  2. Cook the Turkey: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Sauté the Veggies: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil followed by the chopped zucchini, grated carrot, and diced red pepper. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Combine & Thicken: Reduce the heat and return the cooked turkey to the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture, then create a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with a bit of water. Stir into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve: Serve your Ground Turkey Stir Fry over fluffy jasmine rice. Garnish with chopped green onion tops and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
