  2. In a large resealable freezer bag, combine the chicken cutlets with honey Dijon mustard, seal the bag and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 375°F.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken cutlets for approximately 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.
  5. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken cutlet during the last minute of grilling to melt.
  6. Assemble by placing each cutlet on a warm pretzel bun topped with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.
  7. Serve immediately while warm, optionally drizzling with reserved honey Dijon marinade.
