Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the freshly minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and fresh lemon juice, allowing the mixture to simmer gently for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in an additional tablespoon of butter and the honey until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully add the salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Gently flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until done.
  7. Drizzle the garlic lemon butter sauce over the salmon and garnish with fresh parsley.
