Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Once cooled, squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl and mash into a smooth paste.

  5. Mix the chicken with the creamy garlic sauce, then fill the tortillas with the mixture and add cheese before rolling.
  6. Heat a skillet, add olive oil, and cook the wrapped tortillas until golden brown on each side.
