  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add water, dashi powder, sugar, sake, mirin, ginger juice, and soy sauce. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add sliced beef to the pan, ensuring even distribution. Cook for about 5 minutes until beef is just tender.
