For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Penne Pasta can substitute with rotini or fusilli

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  3. Lay blocks of cream cheese atop the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  6. Remove the chicken and shred it in the pot before mixing with the melted cream cheese.
  7. Add the drained penne pasta back into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  8. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese or black pepper before serving.
