- In a pint-sized mason jar or an airtight container, combine 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of strawberry Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Add 1 cup of diced strawberries to the mixture. Stir well with a spoon until all ingredients are evenly distributed and combined.
- Seal the jar or container tightly with a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to chill overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.
- When you’re ready to enjoy your oats, retrieve the jar from the fridge. Open the lid and give the mixture a good stir, incorporating any settled ingredients back into the creaminess.
- Serve your Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats directly from the jar or spoon the mixture into a bowl. Top with additional diced strawberries, a sprinkle of chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey.
