Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Dice Yukon Gold potatoes into bite-sized pieces and trim the green beans into 1-inch sections. Layer them in your baking dish.
  3. Place the skinless chicken breasts down the center of the prepared dish atop the vegetables.
  4. Slice the butter into small cubes and distribute them evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Generously sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the entire dish.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for one hour.
  7. After one hour, carefully remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
